Factory introduction
Ksdon (Guangdong) Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Zhongming Group, is a research and development, production, sales, installation for the integration of enterprises, committed to new environmental protection decorative materials with 15 years of experience, from the substrate coating processing development to the assembly decoration products and system application solutions. Products are widely used in commercial residential, hotels, clubs, KTV, shopping malls, hospitals, subways, tunnels, municipal engineering, office buildings, schools, banks and other engineering projects.
Kossdon factory is located in No.26, Qicha Luotian Industrial Zone, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, the main production and processing of ice and fire plate, inorganic pre-coated plate, glass fiber resin plate, metal composite plate, Kossdon functional board and other prefabricated supporting structural profiles.
2. Existing production equipment:
Automatic plate UV roller coating production line
The length of the equipment assembly machine is 85 meters, and the double station automatic loading gantry frame is used. — Double stick back coater — Light curing machine — Double roller coater — Constant temperature self-leveling infiltration unit — — Sand light machine — Dust removal machine — Double station automatic cutting gantry frame.
The backside waterproof sealing treatment and the front UV penetration enhanced substrate pretreatment can be carried out on the processed substrate. Full load production efficiency of 800 square meters per hour, can achieve 24 hours of automatic production.
Automatic CNC cutting unit
Through the system operating software for multiple specifications continuous precision cutting, the error can be controlled within 1mm. Can process the maximum specification of 3300*5000mm*100mm, equipped with diamond double tool, cutting precision, flat cutting surface.
Automatic CNC synchronous slotting unit
Both sides of the slotting machine are equipped with 8 stations and 12 diamond tools, which can process conventional slots such as double female slots, male female slots, and lock slots. Customized slots can be completed by customized tools. The bilateral synchronous processing distance is 3050mm, which can meet the needs of the existing inorganic plate four sides grooving.
Double head CNC engraving unit
The engraving unit is designed to meet the requirements of the high-order project, the hole position processing and the groove processing of the decorative structural surface with clear specifications in the deepening drawings. Effectively avoid material surface damage and pollution caused by secondary processing on the project installation site.
PUR hot glue 1300 CNC coating unit
The coating machine mainly uses continuous hot glue to supply the required processing surface material for uniform scraping, and then performs front and double coating processing on the substrate according to the processing requirements. After the equipment modification and upgrading, it can not only complete the batch processing of the standard specification base material, but also complete the efficient customized processing and production of the non-high-grade fixed base material.
PUR hot glue 1300 flat paste unit
The flat paste unit is a combination unit that integrates film material and sheet material. The glue is supplied by PUR continuous glue supply equipment, and the rubber roller evenly applies glue to the composite surface of the substrate, and then it is calibrated with the sheet material or film material, and then rolled and coated. The maximum width of the substrate can be processed is 1300mm and the thickness of the substrate is 40mm. Standard plate composite 300 square meters per hour.
Profile PUR hot rubber coating unit
The profile coating unit is mainly used for the coating processing of extruded bar profiles, and can process the profiles with the opening width of the coating molding within 350mm at one time. It can satisfy the coating processing of the positive Angle, negative Angle, kicker line and structural connection line required in the assembly system, so as to achieve the uniform effect of the color and pattern of the assembled plate profiles.
